DC: Mother asks the UN for help with police brutality

The mother of Alonzo Smith, who died in November in the custody of police, has called appealed to the UN to investigate her son’s wrongful death and the sad state of the U.S. judicial system. Body cam evidence shows Smith handcuffed to an officer and no longer breathing.
